Closure of Indonesia’s IP service counter extended

Due to the continuous spread of Covid-19, the Directorate General of Intellectual Property in Indonesia has issued an announcement to extend closure of the IP service counter until May 13, 2020.

Those with the deadline from March 23 to May 13, 2020, the DGIP has also extended the dispensation time for any late filing documents.

The IP call centre service is now switched to live chat, social media and website for consultation, request for information and complaints.

All IP applications or other services can still be done online.
