Overview

Anomi Wanigasekera is the partner in charge of the intellectual property group at Julius & Creasy. She holds a Master’s degree in International Trade Law (Wales), and diplomas in Intellectual Property Law, International Trade Law , Banking and Insurance Law of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the Incorporated Council of Legal Education. She has extensive and wide experience in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law matters. She has participated in several international seminars both in Sri Lanka and abroad. She has been involved in complex trademarks, designs and infringement cases for more than three decades.
