Justi has been also involved in the making of current Trademark Law, Copyright Law and Patent Law as part of the government’s expert team. Risti has also been regarded as Leading Trademark Practitioners for the recent years and have been continuously involved in handling and maintaining major clients’ IP portfolio in Indonesia.Areas of Practice Progression and Expansion: Over the years we have expanded our services from leading IP law firm in the country to other practice areas in order to cater to our clients need from across different industries. Our growing corporate practice covers investments, and transactions in many commercial sectors, as well as data protection and privacy, technology, media, and telecommunication (TMT). As part of our dispute resolution growing practice, in addition to IP litigation, our dedicated lawyers have also represented clients in various general litigation, arbitration, bankruptcy, and enforcement cases. We have assisted both Indonesian and global clients from various industries in a number of IP initiatives, particularly in protecting, managing, and monetizing their IP portfolio. Despite facing the uncertainty time of the current pandemic, our firm continues to grow with new members joining the firm throughout 2022.
