Shelley Zhang Promoted In Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe

Shelley Zhang, a lawyer in Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe’s China IP practice group has been promoted to partner in its Beijing office. Zhang focuses her practice on IP prosecution and enforcement, and has extensive experience in patent enforcement litigation, patent invalidation proceedings, trade secret enforcement efforts, anti-counterfeiting and antipiracy efforts. She also represents Chinese companies, including statedowned companies, in defending commercial litigation and product liability litigation in the United States. Her background includes experience as a civil and criminal litigator and as an engineer in a state-owned enterprise for three years.
