Marks & Clerk Have Named Lily Pun and Ewan Bewley Hong Kong-Based Partners

Marks & Clerk have named Lily Pun and Ewan Bewley Hong Kong-based partners in the firm. Pun, who has worked in Hong Kong in the trademark field for more than 17 years, advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of trademarks including registration and prosecution, assignments and licensing, enforcement and portfolio management. Bewley, a European Patent Attorney and UK Chartered Patent Attorney, studied electrical and electronics engineering. Bewley has served as Director of IP Law (Europe) for Nortel Networks, which involved assisting in litigation, licensing and standards related activities as well as managing Nortel’s UK and French IP departments. At the same time, the firm announced that Cynthia Houng, Zephyr Su, Yannie Chan and Heidi Yeung have joined the firm.
