Overview
China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) was established in Hong Kong in March 1984 and is one of the three pioneer Chinese IP agencies. CPA provides comprehensive IP services to clients in China and abroad, with particular expertise in application prosecution, litigation, mediation, licensing, assignment, and counseling relating to various areas of IP including patent, trademark, copyright, domain name, and anti-unfair competition. CPA also prosecutes patent, trademark and design applications for clients in the Hong Kong SAR.
