Helen Xia Promoted To Counsel At Hogan Lovells

Helen Xia has been promoted to counsel at Hogan Lovells in Beijing. As a counsel in the firm’s IPMT Group, she focusses her practice on contentious and non-contentious IP work involving trademark, copyright, patent, unfair competition and IP licensing. She brings experience in IP litigation, portfolio management, obtaining and enforcing intellectual property rights and commercial licensing in a wide range of industries. She has regularly advised clients on domestic and global IP portfolio management, developing brand protection strategies and enforcing their intellectual property rights. She is qualified to practice both in China and New York.
