Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has promoted four lawyers in its Hong Kong office to partner, including IP/TMT lawyer Mark Parsons. Parsons is a member of both the firm’s Asia IP/IT practice group and its global technology, media and telecoms sector group, and advises on a range of corporate and commercial work, including technology transactions and outsourcings, commercial transactions in the TMT sector, data protection and privacy, telecoms regulatory work, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and public offerings.
