East IP appointed two partners, together with a team of four colleagues. The team will lead East IP’s Guangzhou office.
Lin He is the managing partner of the Guangzhou office and has more than 15 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on trademark infringement, unfair competition, criminal IP matters, complex civil litigation and cross-border disputes. She is also director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Foshan Lawyers Association and was recognized by IPR Daily as one of China’s Top 50 IP Lawyers Under 50 in 2026.
Maisy Ling has more than 23 years of experience advising domestic and international brand owners on anti-counterfeiting, IP investigations, criminal and civil litigation, administrative enforcement, customs protection and cross-border ecommerce infringement disputes. She is also a member of the International Trademark Association’s Anti-Counterfeiting Committee.
The appointments expand East IP’s litigation and enforcement practices in China, with the Guangzhou team focusing on the Greater Bay Area.
