Dion Alfadya joins Ashurst’s associated firm in Jakarta

Dion Alfadya has joined global law firm Ashurst as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice with Ashurst’s associated firm, Oentoeng Suria & Partners (OSP) in Jakarta. Alfadya is the third lateral hire the firm made in Asia this year; he joins from Allen & Overy.
Alfadya has 15 years of experience specializing in M&As, joint ventures, fundraisings, strategic collaborations and investments, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions in telecommunications, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, fintech (payments, equity crowdfunding, e-money, e-wallet, peer-to-peer lending and digital banking), digital and technology start-ups (sectors including ride-hailing, e-commerce marketplace and e-retail), data centres, logistics, real estate and downstream oil and gas sectors. He has a focus in the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets and is admitted in Indonesia.
