Andrew Robinson Joins Bird & Bird

Andrew Robinson has joined Bird & Bird in Hong Kong and Beijing as a counsel in the firm’s IP group. Robinson is a litigation solicitor with nearly 20 years’ experience in brand protection. He has led many successful investigations and enforcement actions against the manufacture, distribution and in-market retail of counterfeit and other illicit products throughout Asia-Pacific, including in China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. Robinson also works closely with stakeholders to develop market intelligence, encourage industry cooperation and develop coordinated and effective strategies to combat illicit trade. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, Robinson worked for a Fortune 100 company as the global head of brand integrity and was a former litigation partner of a leading international law firm.
