Allens Arthur Robinson and Linklaters Formed New Integrated Alliance

Allens Arthur Robinson and Linklaters have announced the formation of a new integrated alliance.
The two firms will remain independent, with Allens becoming the alliance partner of Linklaters in Australia and Linklaters becoming the Allens alliance partner elsewhere in the world. In addition, the firms will establish joint ventures in Asia.
In Indonesia, the firms have formed a joint venture building on Allens’ existing relationship with Widyawan & Partners.
