Sri Lankan herbal personal care company secures multiple orders for its IP rights

After eight decades as the producer and distributor of Swadeshi Khomba, Swadeshi Industrial Works secured multiple injunctions against Dasun Consumer Products for violating the intellectual property rights of its product, Swadeshi Khomba.
The Colombo Commercial High Court has issued the enjoining orders granted by Judge Sumith Perera, prohibiting Dasun Consumer Products from infringing upon its intellectual property rights in Khomba.
As the market leader in the herbal soap and personal care sector, Swadeshi is the trademark owner of Swadeshi Khomba.
