With the special work arrangements for the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department (HKIPD) extended until 14 February 2020, all official deadlines in Hong Kong falling between 10 and 14 February are being automatically extended to 17 Feb 2020, according to lawyers at Wilkinson & Grist. Until the HKIPD resumes normal work, only limited services are being performed, they went on to say.

Despite the much more severe impact in mainland China, official deadlines there have not been extended.
