Sydney-based Dampney focuses on TMT sector
Richard Dampney has been promoted to counsel at Webb Henderson in Sydney. He is a commercial and regulatory lawyer who focuses on the telecommunications, media and technology sector.
Dampney has assisted NBN with the negotiation of the third iteration of the Wholesale Broadband Agreement, advised DU in relation to international licensing and regulatory issues and assisted a global telecoms operator with the sale of its telecoms infrastructure assets.
Prior to joining Webb Henderson in 2016, he worked for Ashurst as a commercial litigator.
