Pinsent Masons Has Promoted Kening Li To Partner

Pinsent Masons has promoted Shanghai-based Kening Li to partner as part of the firm’s worldwide partner promotion program. Li has nearly a decade of experience practicing intellectual property law, both in IP procurement and enforcement.

Li has served as senior counsel for a multinational corporation and practiced intellectual property law with US national law firms. He is especially familiar with legal and commercial issues concerning technology transfer of academic or non-profit research organisations. He is head of the firm’s China IP practice.
