Llinks adds two lawyers specializing in internet work to its dispute resolution team

James Wang has joined Llinks Law Offices in Shanghai as a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution department. His primary practice areas include intellectual property, internet and information technology; he mainly represents internet antitrust and unfair competition cases and online game litigation cases.

Wang graduated from Fudan Law School with a bachelor’s degree in international economic law; he Wang worked as a senior partner in a law firm before joining Llinks in January 2021.

Also joining Llinks is Denny Jiang, who joins the firm’s Shezhen office as counsel in the firm’s dispute resolution department. Jiang received his L.L.M. from Nankai University; he previously spent eight years working for a global internet company, and acted as the project leader handling an abundance of internet litigation cases. He handled cases of anti-trust, anti-unfair competition, intellectual property, online service contracts and foreign-related disputes, etc., covering a wide range of industries including online games, films and television, music, social networking, payments and advertising. Several of Jiang’s cases have been selected as typical cases of intellectual property protection by the Supreme People’s Court and local courts at all levels.
