Overview

Xuan Thu Nguyen is an attorney-at-law and patent and trademark attorney, and has been with Pham & Associates since 1995. He has also been recognized as a qualified industrial design expert since 2025.

With over 30 years of experience in intellectual property practice, Nguyen advises domestic and international clients on trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation. He has successfully handled numerous trademark and industrial design disputes in Vietnam and has coordinated cross-border enforcement matters with overseas associates.

Nguyen currently heads the litigation and enforcement division of Pham & Associates, leading the firm’s anti-counterfeiting and IP enforcement practice. He has extensive experience in coordinating enforcement actions with the Market Surveillance Authority, Customs, the Economic Police and other competent authorities. He is widely recognized for his expertise in combating counterfeit goods and protecting intellectual property rights in Vietnam.
