Yu Du Promoted To Partner At MMLC Group

Yu Du has been promoted to partner at IP boutique MMLC Group. She is based in Beijing. She has experience in all types of commercial contracts affecting the media and telecoms industry in China; the registration of trademarks, designs and patents, as well as opposition proceedings, licensing and royalty remittance issues; tax, employment, FDI and restructuring; and other areas. Prior to joining MMLC, she worked as Asia legal counsel for a major Chinese media company, focusing on business transactions and IP matters.
