Tomokatsu Tsukahra Has Joined TMI Associates In Tokyo As New Counsel

Tomokatsu Tsukahra, former chief judge of Japan’s Intellectual Property High Court, has joined TMI Associates in Tokyo as new counsel. Tsukahara retired from the IP High Court in August 2010 after a long career in Japanese courts stretching across the country, including stops in Osaka, Yamagata, Tokyo, Chiba, Sendai and Yamanashi.
