Sanjay Kumar Open His Own Practice, Perfexio Legal

Sanjay Kumar, a former partner at Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan, has left that firm to open his own practice, Perfexio Legal. The firm, located in Noida, is a full service IP firm, representing what Kumar calls innovation-based companies. Kumar spent a year at Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan after 13 years at Remfry & Sagar.
Anindita Phukan has joined Khaitan & Co as partner in the firm’s Bangalore office. Before joining the firm, she worked in a number of Indian law firms, including as partner. She specializes in corporate and commercial laws with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, foreign inward and outbound investments and technology and media. She has been managing her own law office, Phukan & Associates, over the past year, and will be merging her practice with her new firm’s Bangalore office.
