Sanjay Kumar Has Been Named to Head The IP Division Of Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan

Sanjay Kumar has been named to head the intellectual property division of Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan in New Delhi. Kumar, who joined the firm from Remfry & Sagar where he was a partner and head of patents, will handle similar patent duties at L&S. His experience also includes plant variety protection, IPR litigation and opposition proceedings.
