Robert Rhoda Joins Bird & Bird

Robert Rhoda has joined Bird & Bird’s dispute resolution team in Hong Kong. Rhoada joins the firm from RPC’s Hong Kong office, where he was a member of the commercial disputes group focusing on international arbitration. Rhoda has been involved in a broad spectrum of complex, high-stakes international arbitration matters, including many in the TMT field, as well as advising on commercial litigation and regulatory matters in both London and Hong Kong. He is currently a vice chair of the IPBA’s Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee. He advises and acts for clients across Asia in the tech and communications, financial services and energy sectors and specialises in international arbitration, commercial litigation and giving regulatory advice.
