Osborne Clarke Names Marcus Vass To Its UK Partnership

London-based international law firm Osborne Clarke has named Marcus Vass to the firm’s UK partnership and, as the first step of its Asia strategy, has proposed entering into a strategic alliance with a law firm in Hong Kong newly established by John Koh. Vass and Koh were recently Hong Kong-based partners with Bird & Bird.

Vass advises international online retail companies, advertising agencies and local retail clients on telecoms, media and data protection issues. Koh advises on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and arrangements and joint ventures throughout Asia.
