Nike Transfers Trademark Portfolio to LLS

Lall Lahiri & Salhotra has acquired the Nike trademarks portfolio in India, according to partner Rahul Chaudhry.
“The decision of the portfolio transfer has been a joint one of Nike USA and Pillsbury,” said Chaudhry. “The portfolio transfer makes us the exclusive agent/portfolio managing firm for Nike work in India.”
The portfolio transferring firm was Lall & Sethi; the transfer was instructed on November 7.
