Kimberley Chen Joins K&L Gates As Partner

K&L Gates has announced that Kimberley Chen Nobles has joined its Orange County, California, office as a partner in its intellectual property and international arbitration practices. Nobles’ practice extends across the United States and internationally, particularly in China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. She joined the firm from Haynes and Boone.
Nobles represents technology companies across a broad range of IP matters, including patent and trademark protection and enforcement, dispute resolution, and complex litigation, often appearing before the International Trade Commission and as an arbitrator before the World Intellectual Property Organization. Prior to practicing law, Nobles was a research and design engineer for NASA and Rockwell International where she specialized in antennae, communications, and aeronautics.
