Justin Cai has joined Duane Morris & Selvam as a director in the firm’s corporate, banking and finance practice groups in its Shanghai office, where his practice includes customs law. Cai joins from MWE China Law Offices, McDermott Will & Emery’s alliance office in China. In addition to customs law, he focuses on M&A, joint ventures, outbound investment, project finance, real estate, private equity/venture capital, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation, labour law and foreign exchange compliance. With more than 12 years of private practice experience in China, he has also provided numerous legal services to foreign-invested enterprises in ChinaLaw firms
