John Shi And Shan Lai Join Bird & Bird In Beijing

M&A specialist John Shi and team member Shan Lai have joined Bird & Bird as corporate partners in the firm’s Beijing office. They join from DLA Piper, where Shi was chief representative and had extensive experience in sectors including technology and communications, aviation and energy. Shan has many years of corporate practice in Australia and seven years more years working in Beijing. She has extensive experience in both inbound and outbound cross border transactions, with a specialism in representing foreign investors in China.
