Hiroyuki Hagiwara Joins Paul Hastings As Partner

Hiroyuki Hagiwara has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in the firm’s Tokyo office, where he is a member of the litigation department. Hagiwara has more than 20 years of experience in representing technology, automobile and life sciences companies in disputes, litigation and transactions, including complex cross-border matters such as patent infringement actions, IP licensing disputes, Hatch Waxman litigation, and criminal, civil and administrative investigation matters.
