Haynes and Boone Approved For Representative Office In Shanghai

Dallas-based Haynes and Boone has announced that it has received approval to establish a representative office in Shanghai. The firm’s Shanghai office will advise on cross-border work, including intellectual property; the firm advises companies including Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Samsung, NEC and Shanghai Press & Publishing Development. The announcement of the firm’s entrance into the China legal market comes on the heels of an announcement earlier this year that Haynes and Boone had entered the Brazil market.
