Gene Kwek Joins Bird & Bird's IP Team In Singapore

Gene Kwek has joined Bird & Bird’s intellectual property team in Singapore, where he is managing counsel. Kwek joined from Infinitus Law Corporation, where he was associate director; his past experience also includes seven years at Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow and as an in-house role as brand equity counsel with consumer goods company Procter & Gamble. He has more than a decade of IP law experience with particular focus on trademark work, including prosecution, brand strategy, portfolio management, as well as trademark advisory, transactional and contentious work.
