Chen Yi Joins Morrison Foerster In Beijing

Chen Yi has joined Morrison Foerster in Beijing as an of counsel in the firm’s corporate group. Chen’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, media and entertainment, private equity, real estate, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked as an associate principal counsel of a global leading entertainment producer and provider. Prior to that, Chen worked at a few international law firms in their Shanghai and Hong Kong offices.
