C&G Law, also known as Gatmaytan Yap Patacsil Gutierrez & Protacio and formerly known as Caguioa & Gatmaytan, will join regional legal network Rajah & Tann Asia effective January 1, 2017. C&G Law specializes in corporate and commercial transactions, litigation and arbitration, taxation, labour and employment. The firm consistsr of more than 30 fee earners serving major Philippine conglomerates and multinational companies in sectors including medical, pharmaceutical, banking and finance, infrastructure and project finance, energy, manufacturing and education.
