Bahari Yeow, IP team move from Gan to Malaysian rival RDS

Bahari Yeow, who led the IP team at Gan Partnership in Kuala Lumpur, has joined Rosli Dahlan Saravana Partnership (RDS) to lead that firm’s IP practice. Joining Yeow is partner Zhi Jian Lim and a team of IP lawyers.
Yeow has more than 20 years of experience in IP law and general litigation; is a patent agent, trademark agent and industrial design agent; and has high-profile clients including well-known brands, characters and trademarks. He also handles matters involving land law, companies insolvency and banking litigation.
Prior to joining Gan Partnership in 2020, Yeow and Lim were partners at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill. RDS now has 16 partners spread across all practice areas.
