Amanda Griffiths, the former head of trademarks at AJ Park, has joined MoranLaw in Wellington as a consultant. 

Griffiths has more than 25 years of experience as a trademark expert; she has held senior roles in IP practices in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. At AJ Park, she led a team of more than 50 specialists. She has worked with clients across all industries including technology, manufacturing, retail, marine, finance and healthcare. She has a particular interest in FMCG. 

She has collaborated with a range of clients from start-ups and SMEs to large multinational corporations, and advises on every stage of the trademark life cycle, from clearance to registration, enforcement and portfolio management.
