Yumin Liu joins DMAW in Adelaide

Yumin Liu has joined DMAW Lawyers in Adelaide as a special counsel in its transactions practice.
With more than 15 years of experience in leading global financial hubs – including Hong Kong, London, Shanghai and Australia – Liu brings the firm expertise in corporate and commercial law. Her experience spans a wide range of industry sectors, including IP/IT, entertainment, retail and consumer goods, mining, renewable energy, manufacturing, real estate and hospitality, food and beverage, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and financial services.
From her significant in-house experience, Liu has a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in the APAC region, and a unique perspective regarding the interactions between various internal and external stakeholders in a transaction.
