Vincent Caruso has joined FCW Lawyers in Melbourne as a commercial principal. Caruso is an experienced commercial lawyer with extensive background as senior in-house counsel for major franchise operations. He brings specialized expertise in franchise law, corporate governance and commercial transactions. In addition, as a fellow of the Society of Notaries of Victoria, Caruso will head the firm’s notarial practice to corporate clients.
