Jay Lee joins Hauzen in Hong Kong

Fintech specialist Jay Lee has joined Hong Kong boutique law firm Hauzen as a partner. Lee was with K&L Gates prior to his recruitment.
Lee has nearly three decades of experience, and brings expertise in fintech, corporate governance and debt capital markets. He has been chair of the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and is co-founder and convener of the Korea Blockchain Digital Asset Forum in Hong Kong. In addition to his work at K&L Gates, he was also a partner at Simmons & Simmons and was head of the debt capital markets legal department for northeast Asia at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong. He has professional experience in Hong Kong, South Korea and the United States.
