Kirby Amos promoted to special counsel at McCullough Robertson

Kirby Amos, a member of McCullough Robertson’s digital and IP practice group, has been promoted to special counsel in the firm’s Brisbane office.
Amos specializes in structuring and negotiating complex commercial arrangements, including for the procurement of ICT; supply arrangements for goods and services; and protection and commercialization of intellectual property. She acts for both public and private sector clients across state and local government, health, education, transport and infrastructure, banking and finance, agriculture, and energy and resources industries.
Amos regularly advises on software, cloud computing and outsourcing arrangements (including in contracting under the QITC Framework), as well as other general commercial procurement and contracting matters.
Harriet Young was promoted to senior associate in the firm’s Brisbane office.
