Former Baker McKenzie lawyers led by the well-known and highly ranked Tanakrit Tangburanakij have opened Lexel, a full-service law firm that has a particular expertise in intellectual property, life sciences and chemistry.

Tangburanakij, the firm’s managing partner, is a leading lawyer in digital media, brand management, transactional IP, cybercrime, data breach and enforcement matters involving trademarks, copyrights and patents. He is joined by partner Radeemada Mungkarndee, who has more than 20 years of experience working in the patent life cycle; partner Praewpan Hinchiranan, who is noted for her work in anti-piracy and enforcement, border control, civil and criminal action, trademarks and movie production; and Tienkul Kangwanwong, who is the firm’s patent manager.

Several other lawyers have also joined the firm, including patent consultants Poonsawat Paechotrattanakul, Chutikarn Jaengphop and Nithipong Mapratiep.
