Overview

Kritchawat Chainapasak is a partner at Satyapon & Partners Limited, heading the patent and design departments, while also being heavily involved in IP litigation. Chainapasak joined the firm in 1995, and has been helping build Satyapon & Partners from day one, with over 28 years working directly with Dr. Satyapon. While Chainapasak is very capable on the trademark side, he is more technically focused and now enjoys advising a wide range of clients from every field of scientific and human endeavour on protecting their patent and design rights. Chainapasak directly oversees the enormous volume of patent prosecution work the firm handles, and leads a team of qualified patent attorneys, patent agents, technical experts, as well as in-house and external translators for patent filings.

Leading a team that handles complex patents from every scientific field is no mean feat, Satyapon & Partners’ clients include some of the largest companies in the world in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, electrical, chemical, material and mechanical engineering, aerospace, automotive and many more industries. Chainapasak is also actively involved in representing the clients in several trademark and patent litigation cases at the CIPIT Court, and has been instrumental over the years in getting memorable wins for the clients at the courts, helping obtain registration for their brands in Thailand.
