Overview

Victor Lee is the managing partner and CEO of Tsai, Lee & Chen. He is the head of the legal division which comprises the trademark prosecution section. Lee is seasoned in assisting domestic and multi-national corporations in resolving IP, licensing and employment contract disputes, as well as real property issues. Being a qualified patent attorney he also has a wide expertise in litigating patent cases before the IP Court. He heads a team of experienced litigators at Tsai, Lee & Chen that won many landmark cases relating to patents, trademark and trade dress issues, which were frequently selected as reference cases by the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office.

Lee has been continuously nominated and recognized as reputable IP lawyer by professional media. Lee has both LL.B and LL.M degrees from Taiwan. He is an arbitrator and the director of the Taiwan Group of Asia Patent Attorneys Association. He was secretary general of the Taiwan Patent Attorneys Association (TWPAA) and the secretary general of the Taiwan Group of Asia Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). He was a lecturer at the Seeding Teacher and Professional Training Academy for TIPO and a law clerk at the Taiwan Supreme Court.
