Overview

Lu-Fa Tsai is a partner at Deep & Far Attorneys-at-Law, where his practice focuses particularly on intellectual property law, together with civil, criminal, and cross-border legal matters. He has extensive experience handling international matters involving multiple jurisdictions and providing clients with practical and strategically oriented legal solutions.

Tsai received both his Bachelor’s of Law and Master’s of Law degrees from National Taiwan University and later obtained another Master’s of Law degree from the Georg August University of Göttingen in Göttingen, Germany, giving him a broad legal perspective encompassing both Taiwanese and European legal systems.

He is qualified as an attorney-at-law and trademark attorney before the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office, and is also an industrial analyst and arbitrator. Combining intellectual property expertise with strategic planning and negotiation skills, Tsai strives to provide effective solutions tailored to clients’ commercial objectives and legal needs.
