Overview
Jolene Wang is a founder and CEO of Lexcel Partners IP (including Lexcel Partners IP Firm and Lexcel Partners Co., Ltd.), accumulating more than three decades of experience in the field of intellectual property. Her practices focus on IP prosecution and portfolio management, consultation on freedom to operate, infringement assessment, patent linkage and patent term extension etc. Before she founded Lexcel Partners IP, she worked at a leading law firm in Taiwan for more than decades and two esteemed U.S. law firms. She successfully represented both local and multinational clients across various industries.
Wang is also vice president of Taiwan Trademark Association (TTA), a committee member of the Intellectual Property Section, Chinese National Federation of Industries (CNFI), and a member of the Core Team of the Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Association (APIPA). She was vice director of the Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy (TIPA) as well as one of authors/editors of TIPA training materials. She was also invited as a member of the Committee of Patent Examination Quality by Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO).
