Overview

Dr. Cross Liu is the executive manager of Rich IP & Co of the RichIP Group. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Tamkang University, Taiwan, and has been committed to providing patent professional services for more than a decade. He is familiar with Taiwan and China patent prosecutions, and is good at dealing with patent affairs, including but not limited to, patent applications, patent invalidation (revocation), patent portfolio management, patent searching, patentability analysis and patent infringement analysis in the fields of information, communication and clectronics.

Dr. Liu has also delivered many patent training courses at universities (e.g., Fu Jen Catholic University), research organizations (e.g., the Institute for Information Industry and National Applied Research Laboratories) and technology companies (e.g., Kingston Corp., SINGTEX CO. and Elite Semiconductor Microelectronics Technology Inc., among others) for years. Such experiences make Dr. Liu able to satisfy his clients’ requirements in a more efficient and economical way.
