Overview
Ji-woong Kim, a partner at NAM IP Group, leads the firm’s patent and litigation practice in electronics, semiconductors, display technologies, diagnostic imaging and wireless communications. Since qualifying as a Korean patent attorney in 2008, he has built a practice combining technical depth with strategic IP counsel.
Kim’s work spans patent drafting, prosecution, international filings, post-grant proceedings and litigation involving semiconductor devices, CT/MRI, wireless networks and data processing. He has also handled invalidation actions and technology trend analyses in LTE and wireless power transfer.
