Overview

Winuriska, is the founder and managing partner of the firm. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of IP. providing legal advice on all types of IP works.

Her substantial IP knowledge and expertise were gained when she worked in an internationally affiliated law firm specialized in IP where she had done various IP related works ranging from routine prosecution of local and overseas filings to high end IP services such as clearance searches, IP due diligence projects, infringement analysis and IP protection strategies. She has represented both local and overseas clients from various scales (from SMEs to huge international groups). There have been some achievements during her 20 -year tenure of IP practice, such as when representing Indonesia airlines for business method patent litigation at the commercial court. She took a significant role in a successful negotiation in a patent and design infringement cases for a leading Japanese automotive company against 7 local automotive companies. She also succeeded in negotiation in a copyright infringement for a famous global entertainment company.

• Secretary of Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA) Indonesia Group (2025 – 2028)
• Registered IP Attorney
• Licensed advocate
• Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Indonesia
• Member of Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (AKHKI), Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA), International Trademark Association (INTA) and Asean Intellectual Property of Association (ASEAN IPA)
