Overview

Endra Prabawa has been practicing in the field of intellectual property since 2000. He represents clients on all aspects of intellectual property rights protection in Indonesia, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs. Prabawa also advises multinational as well as local clients on the management of their intellectual property rights portfolios in Indonesia, and prepares and attends to official actions at the Intellectual Property Office. He also has extensive trial experience and has argued technical and complex IP issues before the apex court in Indonesia. He also has a wide array of experiences in drafting and reviewing various agreements, cease and desist letters and warning advertisements relating to intellectual property matters. He also actively prosecutes IP cases which are difficult for registration and manages works relating to the prosecution to grant of intellectual property rights on behalf of his clients.

Education & Qualifications:

• Registered intellectual property attorney

• Secretary of the Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA) Indonesia Group (2016 – present)

• Member of the Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (AKHKI)

• Licensed advocate from Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI)

• Bachelor’s Degree in law at Parahyangan Catholic University
