Overview
Surendra joined Remfry & Sagar in 2012 straight from law school. His practice focuses on patent prosecution, patent advisory, counselling, patent analytics, and patent drafting. He has represented clients in various technological areas, including information technology, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, renewable energy, and metallurgy. He also advises start-ups in securing patent protection. Surendra is licensed to practice before the courts and the Indian Patent Office, regularly representing clients in hearings before the latter.
