Overview

Sabia Veqar is an experienced intellectual property lawyer, currently serving as the ractice head – trademarks prosecution at RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys. She joined the firm in May 2025 after a successful tenure as a partner at a leading IP firm. 

A 2009 alumna of Delhi University, she has significant expertise in IP prosecution, dispute resolution, litigation, portfolio management and strategic advisory. Her practice covers trademark, copyright and design prosecution; trademark dispute resolution; civil enforcement actions, including anti-counterfeiting raids; and advising on trademark acquisition and portfolio strategy. She is proficient at advising and handling oppositions, rectifications and cancellation actions. Veqar also manages multijurisdictional trademark portfolios, advising clients on protecting and commercializing IP assets in India and globally. 

Her key industry experiences span pharmaceuticals, building and construction, food and beverage, hospitality, travel, ecommerce, logistics, fashion and retail and luxury goods.
